Connection Issues

  • If you experience any connectivity issues after connecting for the first time, first try entering Pairing Mode by pressing the pair button on the rear of the Spark LIVE (while the unit is powered on) and then try to reconnect.

 

  • Close the Spark app by removing it from the multitasking menu of your smartphone. Then, open the Spark app. Wait until the Spark LIVE is powered on and enters Pairing Mode, then tap 'Connect'.

     

If by any chance you're still not able to connect Spark LIVE in the Spark app, please follow the instructions below:

 

1. Perform a factory reset on Spark LIVE.

 

 

2. Launch the Spark app, navigate to the Menu, and then tap on the product card for Spark LIVE.

 

 

3. Tap "Forget this device".

 

 

4. Click the Spark app and go to the Bluetooth setting on your phone.

iOS: Settings -> Bluetooth

Android: Settings -> Connections -> Bluetooth

 

 

5. Select Spark LIVE Audio and tap "Forget This Device" (iOS) or "Unpair" (Android).

 

 

6. Launch the Spark app and follow the instructions to reconnect Spark LIVE.

*Ensure that Spark LIVE is in pairing mode.
