A: To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 13, 2024. Orders placed before this date will arrive in time for the holiday. While we don’t offer expedited shipping, our logistics team will do their best to ensure timely delivery. You can also check the delivery status on the “Track Your Order” page.
Q: What’s your return policy for Christmas gifts?
A: Orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2024, are eligible for returns through January 31, 2025.
Q: I sent a Positive Grid product as a gift. Can the recipient use it?
A: Absolutely!
For hardware products (Spark amp series), remind the recipient to sign up for a Positive Grid account, register the product to activate its warranty, and download the Spark app directly.
For software products, you can transfer the license to the recipient’s account. Ask them to sign up for a Positive Grid account using their email address, then provide us with both your email address and theirs, and we’ll complete the transfer for you.
Q: How do I register and verify the warranty for a Spark amp received as a gift?
A: To activate the warranty, register your amp on our “Product Registration” page. Once registered, you can verify the warranty.

Q: Can I use a coupon or promo code with the Black Friday discount?
A: No, coupons and promo codes cannot be used during the holiday season promotion, as these already offer our best pricing of the season. Promo codes are also not active during the holiday season.
Q: How long do Black Friday deals last, and when is your next big promotion?
A: Black Friday deals run through the end of November, but more promotions will continue until the new year. If you miss the Black Friday sale, our next major event is the year-end promotion.
Q: Will items in my cart be reserved after the promotion ends?
A: No, adding items to your cart does not reserve them. We encourage you to complete purchases early to secure your items.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
A: Our logistics team processes orders quickly, so it’s hard to update the shipping address after an order is placed. During the holiday season, high request volumes may cause delays. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee address changes. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order to avoid any issues.
