Smart Jam relies on your phone’s microphone to capture the audio output from your Spark amp and generate a drum and bass track in real-time. Since Spark NEO is a pair of wireless headphones, the audio is played directly into your ears, meaning your phone’s microphone cannot pick up the sound. As a result, Smart Jam cannot function properly with the Spark NEO.
While Smart Jam isn’t supported, you can still use the Quick Jam feature on Spark NEO. Quick Jam allows you to play along with authentic drum and bass tracks without requiring a microphone, making it a great alternative for jamming and practicing.
