How to Share Files with Support

When contacting support, you may need to share files such as screenshots, videos, or logs to help us better understand and resolve your issue. However, email attachments have size limitations, so in some cases, you may need to use a third-party file-sharing service. Below, we provide guidance on how to share files effectively.

If your file is too large to attach to an email, you can upload it to a cloud-based service such as We Transfer and share the link with our support team:

1). Go to WeTransfer.com.

*If you are greeted with this message, click "I just want to send files"

2). In the sharing settings, please keep configured to the below:

3). Scroll up, enter your email address.

4). Click "Get a link," then enter the verification code sent to your email. The file will upload automatically.

5). Once the upload is complete, click on "copy link":

6). Paste the link back to this email you are reading and send us the link.

Best Practices for File Sharing

  • Ensure the file link is accessible by setting the correct permissions.

  • If sharing a video, consider compressing it or using a lower resolution to reduce file size.

  • Remove or prolong expiration settings so we can access it in time.

If you encounter any issues uploading or sharing files, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist!
