New Website troubleshooting

As you might know, we've implemented BigCommerce onto our website since Jan, 2018 and got various issue reports about downloading and login. Here's some known solutions listed below:

1) Login issue:

If you can't log in on our website, please clean the cookies first and try again. For how to do it, you may refer to this:  https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/how-to-delete-cookies/

2) Download issue:

Some users reported they couldn't click the dropdown menu to further download installers. This has been fixed after we re-designed the download page. 

3) Miscellaneous issues: 

Some browsers like IE or Edge may have issues while browsing our website. Please try other browsers like Chome or Safari.
