All Positive Grid hardware products come with a one-year warranty. If a defect arises in your product, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a proof of the original purchase date or sales receipt within the warranty period. Our support team will help from there.
For non-warranty repairs, please contact our Service Center:
*Please note you are responsible for all shipping costs to transport your product to Positive Grid or an authorized service center. Positive Grid will pay for shipping and freight charges to return your product after service is complete, within the Country of original purchase only.

All Positive Grid’s distributors are eligible for hardware repairs. Please refer to the distributor list and contact one in your local area.
