Please try the methods below to see if the issue is resolved :
1. Restart your iPhone/iPad
2. Backup your presets by connecting your iPhone/iPad to your computer and backup the BIAS Amp folder via iTunes, then Uninstall/Reinstall BIAS Amp 2 on your iPhone/iPad.
