Is there a self-troubleshooting guide that I can refer to should I encounter a problem with MINI Amp?

Please troubleshoot the issue using the basic troubleshooting steps below if you're experiencing any of the following issues with your unit:

  • Noise issues
  • Sound quality issues
  • Preset-related issues
  • LED-related issues
  • MIDI-related issues
  • Connection issues (USB or Bluetooth)

 Basic Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Perform a Factory Reset
2. Please always make sure your MINI Amp is running the latest firmware version.(0.1.2.135)
You can simply connect the MINI Amp to computer via USB or iOS device via Bluetooth to upgrade.
