Q: Can I use Spark Amp without Spark app connected ? 

A: Yes, Spark can work as a standalone amp without Spark app connected.

 

Q: Does Spark work with a footswitch ?

A: Spark does not work with any footswitch currently.

 

Q: Can we play music from Spotify/Apple Music via Bluetooth with Spark while playing guitar at the same time?

A: Yes, you can jam with any streaming app with Spark at the same time.

 

Q: Does Spark offer an auxiliary-in input to connect my MP3 player?

A: Yes, it’s on the rear panel of the amp.

 

Q: Is there a FX Loop on the Spark?  Can I use it as an effects unit with my live rig?

A: There’s no FX Loop or physical output on the amp.

 

Q: Does Spark act like an external sound card for a computer via USB? Does it work with ASIO (Windows) or CoreAudio (Mac OSX)? 

A: Yes, it can be connected to your computer as an audio interface via USB (Windows and Mac) . Please note that it’s not possible to connect it to your iOS or Android device as an audio interface.

 

Q: Can I export presets from BIAS FX 2 to Spark?

A: No, you can only download or save presets via the Spark app.

 

Q: Is a desktop editor going to be available for Spark?

A: Only iOS/Android currently.

 

Q: Can Spark be powered by batteries ?

A: Spark can not be powered by batteries.

 

Q: Can I hook an extension cab to Spark?

A: Spark can only work with its own built-in speakers.

 

Q: Does Spark have a line output?

A: Spark does not have a line output, but it has a headphone output. 

 

Q: The dimensions of Spark?

A: Weight: 5.2 kg, Width: 35 cm, Height: 18 cm, Depth: 19 cm.

 

Q: Is it equipped with stereo speakers?

A: Yes, Spark has stereo speakers. 

 

Q: How many wattage?

A: 40 watts.

 

Q: Can I use Spark app without Spark Amp for guitar tones?

A: No, Spark app is only an editor for Spark Amp.
