Bluetooth Connection Troubleshooting Guide

For Android device:
1. Remove/forget all paired Bluetooth connections from your mobile devices and only enable Bluetooth on one mobile device to ensure that Spark amp can be connected via Bluetooth properly.

2. Always enable GPS/Locations services on your mobile.

3. Clear the Bluetooth cache:
Go Settings > System > Advanced> Reset Options > Reset Wi-fi, mobile & Bluetooth.

4.  Upgrade to latest firmware version

For iPhone/iPad:
1. Remove/forget all paired Bluetooth connections from your mobile devices and only enable Bluetooth on one mobile device to ensure that Spark amp can be connected via Bluetooth properly.

2. If the output signal coming out from your mobile device , Go Settings>Bluetooth, select/connect Spark 40 Audio to ensure that you can playback all signals through speakers on Spark amp.

3. Upgrade to latest firmware version



* If none of the above works, please back up all saved presets/tones to Spark amp app, then perform a hardware reset to see if that helps.
