We've compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding Spark Pearl order & their answers.

 

Q: Why is VIP/Elite tier sold-out already when I see it?

A: Due to the very limited nature of this amp, Spark Pearl is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Therefore, once a tier is full, we are unable to offer that price again. If you are still interested in owning Spark Pearl, please consider purchasing the amp at the current tier.

 

Q: I'm having trouble purchasing the amp from your website.

A: If you experience any issue purchasing Spark Pearl. Please try removing the item from the cart, add it again and see if the order goes through.

Alternatively, please consider trying another browser or incognito mode. Also using another credit card or PayPal might help.

 

Q: How is Pearl different from Spark? The functions look very similar.

A: Yes, in terms of functionality and features, Spark Pearl is identical to the original Spark. The difference lies in Pearl’s brilliantly distinct look: white tolex with gold piping, as well as a custom stitched carrying strap. We have only manufactured a small number of units, and once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. We created Spark Pearl for guitarists looking to collect a unique piece of gear that will add some beauty to their home studio, jam room or living room – while delivering all of the smart features that Spark is known for.

 

Q: Put into cart = Reserved?

A: No. You order is only secured once it's paid.

 

Q: Is Spark Pearl the same price as regular Spark?

A: The pricing depends on the tier you purchased, so please check the product page for more information.

 

Q: Is it in stock? When is it shipping? How many days will I need to wait? 

A: Spark Pearl is already in-stock but with limited availability. The shipping date depends on the tier you purchased, so please check the product page for more information once it's launched. 

 

Q: Can I buy Spark Pearl together with the regular Spark?

A: Due to the very limited nature of this product, Spark Pearl has its own shipping process that is separate from the regular (black) Spark, thus you have to purchase Spark Pearl separately from the regular Spark amp. 

 

Q: My regular (black) Spark order isn't shipped yet, can I change it to Spark Pearl?

A: Since Spark Pearl has its own shipping process that is separate from the regular (black) Spark, unfortunately we do not support swapping between the 2 models. 

 

Q: Available countries?

A: We ship to the following countries/regions:

America: United States*, Canada, Mexico.

*Due to restrictions from our financial partners and local carriers, Positive Grid does NOT ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii & United States Minor Outlying Islands.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand. 

Europe: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, France, United Kingdom, Denmark, Poland, Ireland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Latvia, Sweden, Lithuania, Italy, Spain*, Estonia, Portugal, Finland, Croatia, Romania.

Q: Is there any warranty? 

A: Spark comes with a 1 year Limited Warranty. For details on our warranty, please visit: https://help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/articles/214224126-Positive-Grid-Product-Warranty

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order as long as your amp has not yet been delivered. Once your amp has been delivered, we cannot cancel your order.

  

Q: Can I swap, add, or deduct items within my order?

A: Due to technical reasons, it is not possible to swap, add, or deduct items within your order. 

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and others. Check on our website to see if your card of choice is accepted.

 

Q: What is the shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and current promotions being offered. Shipping rates will be provided at checkout.

The final shipping cost is determined by your chosen delivery option, Positive Grid's order volume, and the shipment's final destination. Please note that your delivery option cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

Please also note that shipping costs are non-refundable once your order is shipped.

 

Q: Is import tax/VAT (Value-Added Tax) included in the order price?

A: The order price does not include import tax/VAT. Import taxes/VAT will be calculated upon checkout and will be shown in the Tax field during checkout.
