There’s no sound on the speaker output, what can I do?

If the internal protection of the power amp has been activated due to some unexpected errors, there will not be any signal coming out of the speaker output.
Please follow the steps below to deactivate the protection action:
1.Turn off the unit
2.Disconnect the power cable from the electrical outlet and unplug the power cable from the back of the unit.
3.Leave it for about two minutes.
4.Plug everything back in and see if the issue persists.
