You might just have to revert to standard email/password login from now on, instead of using Facebook. On some systems, Facebook login is problematic.
Please follow this guide to reset your password and try again to log in using your email and the new password.

Please try the method below:
1. Use the instructions from the Microsoft website, to turn off the firewalls by a command prompt (running it as an administrator). If you have any Anti-Virus on your PC, please try to close it temporarily as well.
2. Then start the Bias FX standalone (also run it as an
administrator, by right-clicking the app icon ), and try to login ToneCloud again.

Please rename the BIAS_FX folder in Documents to "BIAS_FX backup" and restart BIAS FX.

Users\<username>\Documents\BIAS_FX
Please make sure you replace your own username in the < > column, or you may not reach the folder. Also, please try to disable all your Firewall and Anti-Virus temporarily while logging in to Tonecloud in BIAS FX.
Furthermore:
- (Win) Check if the Documents folder on your computer is not one of the Protected Folders for Controlled Folder Access in Windows 10
- (Mac) Disable iCloud
- (Mac) Make sure the user has a backup for Documents in the iCloud folder
- (Mac) Open Terminal, and enter the command “sudo rm -r Documents/”
