Why does my iPad keep asking me to turn on the bluetooth when it's already on?

Since the BIAS Pedal mobile software only supports Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) to connect with our hardware pedals, iPad 2 (or earlier models) that doesn’t feature Bluetooth 4.0 will be considered as "BLE is off" by the BIAS Pedal mobile software.
