If you want to record a mono track , please set your recording track to "mono input , mono output" , please notice that in this mode , pan to R will be no effect , but you can adjust 2 channel's portion to L to mix up the best sound you need.
If you want to record a stereo track , or using stereo output in live , please open a track with "stereo in , stereo out" , and then go to the setting menu (the gear icon on top right) , enable the "mono to stereo" option , you can get the best sound out of it.
