BIAS Head/Rack — Connecting Controllers

Footswitch

BIAS Head/Rack is compatible with I2C and one-button latch-type footswitches.

Calibration

1. Hold the calibration switch on the rear for 3 seconds until the LED turns Blue.
2. Step on the footswitch to record the OFF (minimum) value.
3. Flick the calibration switch — the LED turns Red.
4. Step on the footswitch to record the ON (maximum) value.
5. Flick the calibration switch again — the LED flashes to confirm calibration is saved.

Assigning a Preset

1. Select the preset you want to assign.
2. Step on the footswitch to set it to the ON or OFF state you want to save.
3. Flick the calibration switch — the preset is now saved with that footswitch state.

MIDI Controller

Connect the MIDI Out of your controller to the MIDI In on the rear of BIAS Head/Rack to control preset changes. To daisy-chain additional MIDI devices, use MIDI Thru out to the next device’s MIDI In.
