If either the TX or RX device fails to start charging while connected to the USB cable, please follow the instructions below:
- Try using a different USB cable and Charging Block.
✅️ Standard USB Charging Block 5 V ⎓ 2A
🚫️ Computer USB Port, USB hub, High Speed Charger Block.
Reset the Spark LINK:
If none of the above methods display the charging indicator (red light), the Spark LINK’s voltage may be too low. Please try the following method to boost the voltage, repeating it 3–5 times until the charging light appears.
1. Press and hold the Reset Button, then plug the charging cable into the USB port.
2. Wait for 5 seconds and then release the Reset Button. Unplug the USB charging Cable.3. Repeat the 1 & 2.

Continue until the red charging LED lights up. Once it does, release the reset button. When the red light stays on, the unit has been successfully activated and should charge normally.
