Factory Reset for Spark Control X – Help Center

A factory reset restores your Spark Control X to its default state.

This will permanently erase:

All saved profiles
Custom Assigned Commands

There is currently no way to back up Assigned Commands — you will need to reconfigure them manually after resetting.

Spark Control X also has a Power Reset / Force Shutdown option that does not erase assigned commands — try that first if you only need to fix a connectivity issue.

Instructions

Turn off the Spark Control X.
Press and hold Button II & Bluetooth Button simultaneously, then press and hold the Power button until the POWER light starts blinking in white.
Release all three buttons. Spark Control X will power off.
Turn it back on, and profiles saved on the Spark Control X will be reset.
