Factory Reset for Spark EDGE

Follow the steps below to perform a factory reset. This process will reset all the presets stored on the Spark EDGE as well as its Bluetooth pairing information, and Power Saving Setting.
Before performing a factory reset, we strongly recommend backing up the presets you saved on the Spark EDGE to the Spark app.

Instructions

  1. Ensure the Unit is connected to the power supply and powered off:
    • Ensure the amp is connected to the power supply.
    • Make sure the amp is completely powered off.
    • Verify the Power Button LED is off before continuing.


  2. Perform Factory Reset:

    • Press and hold the CH1 PRESET Knob, then press and hold the Power Button simultaneously.

    • Release both buttons when the Power Indicator (next to the MUSIC knob) turns white.

    • Hold the Power Button again until all four preset LEDs blink twice, then release.

  3. Restart Device:

    The Spark EDGE will power off and reset. Turn it back on to complete the process.
