Follow this guide to connect your Spark NEO Headphones to the Spark app via Bluetooth, or to use your Spark NEO Headphones as a Bluetooth speaker for music playback.
Connect to the Spark app (Tone Control)

Turn on Pairing Mode:
- Power on the Spark NEO Headphones.
- Tap the PAIR/POWER button on the right side.
- The Bluetooth LED will start to breathe, indicating pairing mode.

Open the Spark App:
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on on your mobile device.
- Open the Spark app and tap "Connect".

Select Your Device:
- The app will search for nearby Spark NEO devices.
- If multiple Spark devices are detected, select the one with your serial number to ensure the correct connection.

Confirm Connection:
- A "Successfully connected" message will appear once connected.
- You can always check the connection status on the device card in the Menu tab.
Connect to the mobile device (Bluetooth Audio)

Open Bluetooth Settings on Your Mobile Device:
- iOS: Go to Settings → Bluetooth.

Android: Go to Settings → Connections → Bluetooth.

Enable Pairing Mode:
- Power on the Spark NEO Headphones.
- Press the PAIR/POWER button on the side.
- The Bluetooth LED will start to breathe, indicating pairing mode.

Pair with Your Mobile Device:
- In your Bluetooth settings, look for "Spark NEO Audio" in the list of available devices.
- Tap on "Spark NEO Audio" to pair and connect.
- If no device connects within one minute, Spark NEO will exit Pairing Mode.
- If needed, restart the pairing process by pressing the Pair button again.
