How to Check My Current Spark App Version – Help Center

Knowing your Spark app version helps with troubleshooting, compatibility checks, and support requests.

In the Spark app, tap the Menu tab in the bottom-right corner.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Find App Version - the number next to it is your current version (e.g., 4.6.0.8206).

Tip: Enable automatic updates in the App Store or Google Play Store to stay on the latest version. Support may also ask for your amp's firmware version - check that here.
