Factory Reset for Spark NEO – Help Center

A factory reset restores your Spark NEO to its default state.

This will permanently erase:

Back up your presets before resetting:
• Backup Presets Saved on the Spark Amp

Spark NEO Factory Reset

Completely power off the Spark NEO Headphones.
Press and hold the Preset Button and Power Button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the Power LED starts flashing white.

Note: At this time, you may cancel the factory reset by quickly tapping the Power or Preset button.
Long-press the Preset or Power Button until the Power LED blinks twice, and the factory reset will be
complete.
