Follow the steps below to log out and back into your Spark app.
Here's how you can log out of your account on the Spark app:
- Tap on the Menu tab (located in the bottom-right corner of the screen).
- Tap on your profile name.
- Find the small gear icon in the top-right corner and tap on it.
- Tap on Log Out in the menu prompted.
- Go back to the Menu Tab, and verify that the profile name no longer shows your account.
- Quit the Spark app.
Re-launch the Spark app, and enter your login credentials to sign back into your account.
