You can take calls on Spark NEO, but you will only hear the caller’s voice. The microphone on your phone won’t work simultaneously, so you’ll need to switch to handheld mode in the app you’re using.
But if you are connecting to a MacBook or Laptop you can use the onboard microphones on the computers.
