Once both devices are in re-pairing mode, they will connect automatically within a few seconds.

Success:

  • Headphones (RX): Solid blue
  • Transmitter (TX): Solid green

Successfully paired - RX solid blue, TX solid green

Still Not Working?

Q: Both devices are blinking but won't connect.
A: Blinking is NOT re-pairing mode. Make sure you see:
  • TX: Rapid blinking (not slow)
  • RX: Breathing (fade in/out, not on/off blinking)
If the LED behavior doesn't match, double-tap the button again to enter re-pairing mode.
Q: How do I tell the difference between LED states?
A: Here's a quick reference:

State RX (Headphones) TX (Transmitter)
Searching Blinking Slow blinking
Re-pairing Mode Breathing Rapid blinking
Connected Solid blue Solid green
Q: I followed all the steps, but they still won't pair.
A: Try the following:
  • Move closer to reduce wireless interference.
  • Charge both devices for at least 30 minutes.
  • Reset the TX using the pinhole button and repeat all steps.
Q: The TX LED doesn't respond when I double-tap.
A: The battery may be depleted. Charge the TX for at least 30 minutes, then try again.
