Pairing Instructions

The built-in wireless receiver (RX) in the Spark NEO Headphones automatically connects to the Spark NEO Wireless Transmitter (TX) when powered on.

If the TX does not pair with the Spark NEO Headphones, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check for Interference

  • Ensure no cable is plugged into the Spark NEO Headphones, as this automatically disables RX (wireless mode).

Step 2: Reset the TX (Transmitter)

  1. Power on both the Spark NEO Headphones and TX.
  2. Locate the pinhole reset button on the TX.
  3. Use a pin to press and hold the button to manually shut down the TX.
