How to Send Support Your Backed-Up BIAS FX 2 Mobile Preset Folder for Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing issues with loading presets or preset banks in BIAS FX 2 Mobile, our support team may request your preset library for further investigation. This allows us to analyze the preset files and attempt to repair them if possible. Follow the steps below to locate and send your preset library to us.

 

Step 1: Download Your Preset Folder from Dropbox

Save your current preset library by backing up your BIAS FX 2 Mobile presets. The file will be saved as a compressed folder to your linked Dropbox account. To access and download your preset backup:

  1. Go to Dropbox.com and log in to the same account linked to your BIAS FX 2 Mobile.




  2. Click on All Files in the left bar and navigate to:

    Apps > BIAS FX 2 - iOS > BIAS FX 2







  3. Find the file named preset-backup.zip.

  4. Download the file to your computer or mobile device.

 

 

Step 2: Send the Preset Folder to Support

Once you've downloaded your preset backup, attach the preset-backup.zip file to your email and send it to us.

 

 

Additional Notes

  • Please do not delete the original preset-backup.zip file until the issue is resolved.
  • If you are unable to locate the backup file, let us know, and we will guide you further.
