Factory Reset for Spark (40) – Help Center

A factory reset restores your Spark 40 to its default state.

This will permanently erase:

All 4 onboard presets
Bluetooth pairing information

After resetting, please forget the device in your phone’s Bluetooth settings and reconnect.

Back up your presets before resetting:
• Backup Presets Saved on the Spark Amp

Instructions

1. Turn the device off.

2. Press and hold the “TAP” button when turning on the Spark amp, and release the TAP button when it starts to blink.

3. Long-press the blinking "TAP" button until all four (1~4) LEDs blink once, then release the TAP button.

*The TAP button needs to be released as soon as all four LEDs start to blink.
*Short-press the TAP button to abort the factory reset.

4. If the 'TAP' button is blinking and the CH1 LED is on, the factory reset process is completed.
