Basic Setup

You can access the Settings anytime by clicking the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the interface. Screenshot 2025-04-07 at 15.42.34.png

Account

  • User Name & Email – Displays current login info.
  • License – Check your license status
  • Edit Profile – Opens your account page in a browser for editing personal information.
  • Log Out – Signs out of the current user session.

Audio Settings (Standalone Only)

  • Audio Driver Type – ASIO, CoreAudio, etc.
  • Input Device & Channel(s) – Select your audio interface
  • Sample Rate – Select the sample rate. (e.g., 44.1 kHz / 48 kHz.)
  • Audio Buffer Size – Adjust latency and performance trade-offs.

Preferences

  • DSP Load Display: Show DSP usage to understand the device's workload.
  • Preset Save Alert: Show preset save alert notification
  • Amp Cab Linking: Switching amps automatically applies the corresponding cab. If turned off, switching amps doesn't change the current cab.

Information

  • The Information section provides details about your system and BIAS X installation.
  • App Update: When a new version is detected, an 'Update Available' prompt will appear, allowing the user to tap and start the update.

Support

  • Factory Presets: Allows you to download the latest factory preset
  • Reset All: Resets app to default, logs out user, and clears UI settings
  • Help Center: Opens official support site
  • Contact Support: Submit support request
