FAQ
Q: My computer does not detect Spark LIVE.
A: Please attempt to connect to a different USB port directly on the rear of your computer and refrain from using a USB hub.
Q: After the firmware update, Spark LIVE cannot be connected via Bluetooth.
A: Navigate to the Bluetooth settings of your device, unpair or forget the previous connection with Spark LIVE Audio, and then open the Spark app to connect Tone Control before connecting Spark LIVE Audio.
Q: The firmware update failed, and I can't power on the Spark LIVE anymore.
A: If the power to the Spark LIVE is interrupted during the MCU update process, the update will fail, and the device will not be able to power on. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue and continue the update process:
1. Perform a Factory Reset: If Spark LIVE still doesn't respond, proceed with the steps below.
2. Disconnect USB: Unplug the USB cable to disconnect the Spark LIVE from your computer.
3. Disconnect Power: Unplug the Spark LIVE from the power outlet.
4. Download Alternative Firmware Updater: macOS / Windows
5. Unzip and Launch Updater:
For macOS users:
For Windows users:

For macOS users:
Unzip the updater file, then right-click and select 'Open' to launch it.
For Windows users:
Do either of the following

Double-click on
Spark LIVE Firmware Updater.bat
to start the updater. -
Right-click on
Spark LIVE Firmware Updater.bat
and select "Run as administrator" to start the updater.
7. If the update is unsuccessful, send us the
spark_live_updater.log
file from the following folder:-
