FAQ
A: If the power to the Spark LIVE is interrupted during the MCU update process, the update will fail, and the device will not be able to power on. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue and continue the update process:
1. Perform a Factory Reset: If Spark LIVE still doesn't respond, proceed with the steps below.
2. Disconnect USB: Unplug the USB cable to disconnect the Spark LIVE from your computer.
3. Disconnect Power: Unplug the Spark LIVE from the power outlet.
4. Download Alternative Firmware Updater: macOS / Windows
5. Unzip and Launch Updater:
For macOS users:
Unzip the updater file, then right-click and select 'Open' to launch it. 
For Windows users:
Do either of the following
Double-click on
Spark LIVE Firmware Updater.batto start the updater.-
Right-click on
Spark LIVE Firmware Updater.batand select "Run as administrator" to start the updater.

6. Connect the Spark LIVE to your computer via the USB cable, then follow the instructions within the alternative updater to complete the process.
