Pairing the Spark NEO Core with a mobile device via Bluetooth

Turn on Pairing Mode:

• Power on the Spark NEO Core Headphones.
• Tap the PAIR/POWER button on the right side.

• The Bluetooth LED will start to breathe, indicating pairing mode.

  

   

Open the Spark App:

• Ensure Bluetooth is turned on on your mobile device.

• Open the Spark app and tap "Connect".

  

  
   

Select Your Device:

• The app will search for nearby Spark NEO Core devices.

• If multiple Spark devices are detected, select the one with your serial number to ensure the correct connection.

  

   

Confirm Connection:

• A "Successfully connected" message will appear once connected.

• You can always check the connection status on the device card in the Menu tab.

  

Open Bluetooth Settings on Your Mobile Device:

• iOS: Go to Settings → Bluetooth.
• Android: Go to Settings → Connections → Bluetooth.
   

Enable Pairing Mode:

• Power on the Spark NEO Core Headphones.
• Press the PAIR/POWER button on the side.

• The Bluetooth LED will start to breathe, indicating pairing mode.

  

   

Pair with Your Mobile Device:

• In your Bluetooth settings, look for "Spark NEO Core Audio" in the list of available devices.

• Tap on "Spark NEO Core Audio" to pair and connect.

  

  • If no device connects within one minute, Spark NEO Core will exit Pairing Mode.
  • If needed, restart the pairing process by pressing the Pair button again.
