Follow this guide to connect your Spark NEO Core to the Spark app via Bluetooth, or to use your Spark NEO Core as a Bluetooth speaker for music playback.
Connect to the Spark app (Tone Control)

Turn on Pairing Mode:
- Power on the Spark NEO Core Headphones.
- Tap the PAIR/POWER button on the right side.

The Bluetooth LED will start to breathe, indicating pairing mode.

Open the Spark App:
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on on your mobile device.

Open the Spark app and tap "Connect".

Select Your Device:
- The app will search for nearby Spark NEO Core devices.

If multiple Spark devices are detected, select the one with your serial number to ensure the correct connection.

Confirm Connection:
- A "Successfully connected" message will appear once connected.

You can always check the connection status on the device card in the Menu tab.
Connect to the mobile device (Bluetooth Audio)

Open Bluetooth Settings on Your Mobile Device:
- iOS: Go to Settings → Bluetooth.

Android: Go to Settings → Connections → Bluetooth.

Enable Pairing Mode:
- Power on the Spark NEO Core Headphones.
- Press the PAIR/POWER button on the side.

The Bluetooth LED will start to breathe, indicating pairing mode.

Pair with Your Mobile Device:
- In your Bluetooth settings, look for "Spark NEO Core Audio" in the list of available devices.

Tap on "Spark NEO Core Audio" to pair and connect.
- If no device connects within one minute, Spark NEO Core will exit Pairing Mode.
- If needed, restart the pairing process by pressing the Pair button again.
