"LICENSE NOT FOUND" After Logging Into BIAS X

If you see a "LICENSE NOT FOUND" message after logging into BIAS X, it typically means your account doesn't have a valid license associated with it.

This message indicates that your Positive Grid account is not linked to an active BIAS X license.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Confirm you're logged into the correct Positive Grid account that holds the BIAS X license.

  2. If you're unsure, log out of the User Center in your browser, then sign back in with the correct email address.

  3. If you haven’t purchased a BIAS X license yet, follow the in-app prompt to purchase or activate one.

Licenses are tied to the email address used during purchase. Make sure you're using that same email to log in.
