Troubleshooting Steps
- Disable Cloud-Based Sync
- Turn off any cloud-based service (e.g., iCloud, OneDrive) that is syncing your Documents and Desktop folders.

Verify the Local Documents Folder
- Ensure the correct and most recently modified local Documents folder is being used.
- Rename the BIAS_X Folder
- Locate the
BIAS_Xfolder in your system and rename it toBIAS_X backup.-
