Factory Reset for Spark NEO Core

A factory reset restores your Spark NEO Core to its default state.

This will permanently erase:
  • All 4 onboard presets
  • Bluetooth pairing information
  • Power Saving settings
Back up your presets before resetting:
• Backup Presets Saved on the Spark Amp

Spark NEO Core Factory Reset

  1. Completely power off the Spark NEO Core Headphones.
  2. Press and hold the Preset Button and Power Button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the Power LED starts flashing white.
    Note: At this time, you may cancel the factory reset by quickly tapping the Power or Preset button.
  3. Long-press the Preset or Power Button until the Power LED blinks twice, and the factory reset will be
    complete.
