Factory Reset for Spark NEO Core – Help Center

This article provides a step-by-step guide on performing a factory reset for the Spark NEO Core. This will reset all four presets, Bluetooth pairing information, and power-saving settings on your Spark NEO Core.

Before performing a factory reset, we strongly recommend backing up the presets you saved on the Spark NEO Core to the Spark app.

Spark NEO Core Factory Reset

Completely power off the Spark NEO Core Headphones.
Press and hold the Preset Button and Power Button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the Power LED starts flashing white.
Note: At this time, you may cancel the factory reset by quickly tapping the Power or Preset button.
Long-press the Preset or Power Button until the Power LED blinks twice, and the factory reset will be
complete.
