Force Shutdown & Restart

If Spark NEO Core Headphones runs into an issue where the knobs/buttons don't respond or emit unusual noise; follow the steps below to force shutdown and restart Spark NEO Core Headphones. 

1. Remove any USB connection to Spark NEO Core Headphones.
2. Hold the Power/Pair button for over 10 seconds.
3. Release the Power/Pair button, and hold it again to turn Spark NEO Core Headphones on.
