Factory Reset – Help Center

Restore your REACTOR to its original factory settings. Use this if you're experiencing issues or want to start fresh.

Reset on the Amp

This process will reset all the presets stored on the REACTOR as well as Bluetooth settings.

Power off the REACTOR.
Press and hold REVB + TAP buttons simultaneously.
While holding both buttons, power on the REACTOR.
Continue holding until the 2 Wireless Indicator LEDs breathe white (2 seconds after power on), then release both buttons.
At this point, short press TAP to cancel and exit Factory Reset (or simply power off to cancel).
To confirm, long press TAP — the reset will execute automatically once 3 seconds are reached.
The amplifier will reset and restart.

This will erase all custom presets and Bluetooth pairings. Make sure to back up your presets in the REACTOR App before proceeding.

Reset with the REACTOR App

The reset options are not in the app's general menu - they live under the connected amp's Device Settings, which only appear once a REACTOR amp is paired to the app.

Open the REACTOR App and make sure your REACTOR amp is connected to it.
Go to Settings and tap your amp's device card.
This opens Device Settings, where you'll find three reset options:

Option	What It Resets
Reset All	All presets + all settings to factory defaults
Reset Factory Presets	Presets only (settings preserved)
Reset Settings	Settings only (presets preserved)

Warning: Before running Reset All or Reset Factory Presets, back up any custom presets you want to keep. A factory reset does not restore deleted content, and there is currently no dedicated preset backup feature - uploading your presets to ToneCloud is the way to preserve them.
