Re-Pairing Steps

Step 1: Remove Any Connected Cable

A cable plugged into the headphones will disable wireless mode. Unplug it first.

Step 2: Reset the TX

  1. Power on both the headphones and TX.
  2. Find the pinhole reset button on the TX.
  3. Use a pin to press and hold until the TX shuts down.

Look for RAPID flashing! The TX LED should flash blue quickly. If it's blinking slowly, double-tap again.

Step 4: Enter Pairing Mode on the Headphones (RX)

  1. Find the RX LED on the right side of the headphones.
  2. Double-tap the button under the RX LED.

Look for BREATHING, not blinking! The RX LED should slowly fade in and out. If it's just blinking on/off, double-tap again.

Still Not Working?

Q: Both devices are blinking but won't connect.
A: Blinking is NOT pairing mode. Make sure you see:
  • TX: Rapid flashing (not slow)
  • RX: Breathing (fade in/out, not on/off blinking)
If the LED behavior doesn't match, double-tap the button again to enter pairing mode.
Q: How do I tell the difference between LED states?
A: Here's a quick reference:

State RX (Headphones) TX (Transmitter)
Searching Blinking blue Blinking blue (slow)
Pairing Mode Breathing blue Rapid flashing blue
Connected Solid blue Solid green
Q: I followed all the steps, but they still won't pair.
A: Try the following:
  • Move closer to reduce wireless interference.
  • Charge both devices for at least 30 minutes.
  • Reset the TX using the pinhole button and repeat all steps.
Q: The TX LED doesn't respond when I double-tap.
A: The battery may be depleted. Charge the TX for at least 30 minutes, then try again.
