Still Not Working?
Q: Both devices are blinking but won't connect.
A: Blinking is NOT pairing mode. Make sure you see:
- TX: Rapid flashing (not slow)
- RX: Breathing (fade in/out, not on/off blinking)
Q: How do I tell the difference between LED states?
A: Here's a quick reference:
| State | RX (Headphones) | TX (Transmitter) |
|---|---|---|
| Searching | Blinking blue | Blinking blue (slow) |
| Pairing Mode | Breathing blue | Rapid flashing blue |
| Connected | Solid blue | Solid green |
Q: I followed all the steps, but they still won't pair.
A: Try the following:
- Move closer to reduce wireless interference.
- Charge both devices for at least 30 minutes.
- Reset the TX using the pinhole button and repeat all steps.
Q: The TX LED doesn't respond when I double-tap.
A: The battery may be depleted. Charge the TX for at least 30 minutes, then try again.
