Tutorial Video
Shape your sound with amps, effects, and parameters. All changes are sent to your REACTOR in real time — play and listen as you tweak.
Signal Chain
The Signal Chain is the horizontal strip showing every module in your tone, arranged in processing order. Available module types:
- Gate — Noise gate
- Comp — Compressor
- Drive — Overdrive, distortion, and fuzz
- Amp — The REACTOR Amp module; holds your currently loaded amp model
- Mod — Modulation effects (chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo)
- Wah — Wah pedal
- Delay — Delay and echo
- Reverb — Reverb
- EQ — Parametric equalizer
- Loop — Effect loop
Working with Modules
- Tap a module card to select it and show its parameters in the Control Panel.
- Double-tap a module card to open the Module Menu and swap it for a different model.
- Swipe up to bypass (disable) a module. Swipe down to re-enable it. The Amp module cannot be bypassed.
- Long-press and drag a module to reorder it in the signal chain. The position of effects relative to the amp significantly affects your sound.
Selecting Amp Models
Double-tap the Amp module (or tap the amp type label in the Control Panel header) to open the Amp Menu. It displays your amp collection in a two-column grid.
- Tap an amp to load it. Double-tap to load and close the menu.
- Use folders, search, and sort (Newest, Name, Gain Stage) to find amps quickly.
- Long-press any amp card for additional options: Edit, Move, Upload to ToneCloud, Assign to REACTOR, or Delete.
Adjusting Parameters
When a module is selected, the Control Panel shows its adjustable parameters as labeled knobs (or sliders for the EQ module).
- Drag up on a knob to increase its value, drag down to decrease.
- Double-tap a knob to reset it to center (50%).
AI Switch (REACTOR Amp Only)
The REACTOR Amp has an exclusive AI Switch in the Control Panel header. It adjusts two dimensions:
- Push / Smooth (3 states) — Attack feel: Neutral, Push, or Smooth.
- Heat level (5 states) — Saturation intensity from Heat-- through Neutral to Heat++.
Tap the AI Switch icon to expand and adjust.
BPM-Synced Effects
Time-based effects (Delay, Tremolo) support BPM sync. Tap the BPM indicator in the header to toggle sync on/off. When active, the time/rate knob snaps to beat divisions (1/4 note, 1/8 note, dotted, triplet).
