I can't log into ToneCloud
If you can't log in: Account recovery:
  • Use the "Forgot Password" option in the app
  • Contact Support if you can't access your registered email

My uploaded preset isn't showing on ToneCloud
Upload processing:
  • Uploads may take a few minutes to appear
  • Check "My Uploads" in ToneCloud
If upload failed:
  1. Check internet connection
  2. Try uploading again
Content guidelines:
  • Presets with inappropriate names may be removed
  • Check ToneCloud community guidelines

ToneCloud is loading slowly
Optimize ToneCloud performance:
  1. Check connection
    • Use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data
    • Move closer to router
  2. Clear app cache
    • Android: Settings → Apps → REACTOR → Clear Cache
    • iOS: Delete and reinstall app
  3. Reduce loaded content
    • Scroll less — content loads as you scroll
    • Use search to find specific presets

When should I contact Support?

Contact Support if:

  • Account issues prevent login after password reset
  • Presets purchased but not appearing in account
  • Upload stuck for more than 24 hours
Information to include:
  • Positive Grid account email
  • Screenshot of any error messages
  • Network type (Wi-Fi/mobile)
