I can't log into ToneCloud
If you can't log in:
- Verify your email address is correct
- Try resetting your password
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
- Use the "Forgot Password" option in the app
- Contact Support if you can't access your registered email

My uploaded preset isn't showing on ToneCloud
Upload processing:
- Uploads may take a few minutes to appear
- Check "My Uploads" in ToneCloud
- Check internet connection
- Try uploading again
- Presets with inappropriate names may be removed
- Check ToneCloud community guidelines

ToneCloud is loading slowly
Optimize ToneCloud performance:

Check connection
- Use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data
- Move closer to router

Clear app cache
- Android: Settings → Apps → REACTOR → Clear Cache
- iOS: Delete and reinstall app

Reduce loaded content
- Scroll less — content loads as you scroll
- Use search to find specific presets

When should I contact Support?
Contact Support if:
- Account issues prevent login after password reset
- Presets purchased but not appearing in account
- Upload stuck for more than 24 hours
- Positive Grid account email
- Screenshot of any error messages
- Network type (Wi-Fi/mobile)
