General & Audio

Can I bring my Spark GO on airplanes?

Yes. Spark GO has a built-in 18650-style battery with 2500 mAh capacity, which is approved for airplane travel.

Per TSA guidelines: "Spare (uninstalled) lithium-ion and lithium-metal batteries, including power banks and cell phone battery charging cases, must be carried in carry-on baggage only."

Please pack your Spark GO in your carry-on baggage when boarding.

What's the noise I hear when turning up the volume?

When you turn the Spark GO volume (or Bluetooth volume) all the way up, you may hear a short "chopping" sound - sometimes described as "left-hand muting."

This is intentional. It's a notification sound that tells you Spark GO's volume has reached its maximum level.
