Check Spark Amp's Device Info – Help Center

The Device Info page in the Spark app shows your amp's firmware version, serial number, and battery status (for supported models).

How to Check Device Info

Connect your Spark amp to the Spark app (Tone Control) via Bluetooth.
Tap the Menu tab in the bottom-right corner.
Tap the product card of your connected Spark amp to open the Device Info page.
Scroll down to view the device settings (available settings vary by Spark model), including the device name, model name, firmware version, serial number, and other settings.

Tip: If your firmware is out of date, an Update option appears next to the firmware version. On supported models, the update runs over-the-air (OTA) directly from within the app.
