The Spark app offers two ways to back up your presets:
- Tone Vault - save up to 10 snapshots of your whole library inside the Spark app.
- Dropbox - back up and restore your customized presets via your Dropbox account.
You can also back up individual presets stored on your Spark amp to the app.
Tone Vault Backup & Restore
Tone Vault saves up to 10 snapshots of your whole preset library inside the Spark app, letting you jump back to any setup, anytime. Introduced in Spark app 4.6.0.
Save a Snapshot

Open the Menu tab in the Spark app and tap on your account name.

Tap the Gear icon at the top-right corner.

Tap Tone Backup.

Tap Save next to Saved Snapshots. Your current library is saved as a new snapshot.
Manage Your Snapshots
Tap any snapshot in the list to open its actions:
- Restore - Replace your current library with the selected snapshot.
- Rename - Give the snapshot a memorable name.
- Delete - Remove the snapshot permanently.
- Cancel - Close without changes.
Dropbox Backup & Restore
Backup Presets

Launch the Spark app and navigate to the Menu tab.

Tap the Settings icon at the top-right corner.

Tap Backup Tone Presets.

Tap Log in Dropbox.

Log in with your Dropbox account, then allow the Spark app to access your Dropbox.

Once logged in, tap the Back Up option. The backup process will start automatically.
Restore Presets

In the same section, tap the option to Restore your presets from Dropbox. You'll be asked to confirm — restoring will clear and replace all your current presets on the device.

Once confirmed, the restore process starts automatically.
Backup Presets Saved on the Spark Amp
- Launch the Spark app and connect it to your Spark amp.

Select the preset in the corresponding channel, then tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

Tap Save as New.

Change the preset name and select a genre to save the preset.

The preset is saved to the selected genre.
