I can’t activate Experience Jimi Hendrix™ after purchase – Help Center

Effective April 30, 2026, the Authentic Hendrix™ Collection (Experience Jimi Hendrix™ for BIAS FX 2 Desktop, Mobile & Spark) will be discontinued and no longer available for purchase.
Existing purchasers are not affected and can continue using all purchased content.

1. Make sure to update your BIAS FX 2 to the latest version. 2. Check if you can see **Experience Jimi Hendrix™ for BIAS FX 2 (pack)** in your account’s **License & Download** page (by logging in to Positive Grid’s website). 3.
