I can’t activate Experience Jimi Hendrix™ after purchase

  1. Make sure to update your BIAS FX 2 to the latest version.
  2. Check if you can see Experience Jimi Hendrix™ for BIAS FX 2 (pack) in your account’s License & Download page (by logging in to Positive Grid’s website).

  3. If your expansion pack is showing in the page, please make sure to logout and login again in BIAS FX 2 to activate the license.
