I've purchased Experience Jimi Hendrix™ for Spark, how do I activate the license?

Effective April 30, 2026, the Authentic Hendrix™ Collection (Experience Jimi Hendrix™ for Spark Amp & App) was discontinued and is no longer available for purchase.

Existing purchasers are not affected and can continue using all purchased content.

If you've already purchased the Experience Jimi Hendrix™ expansion for Spark, follow these steps to activate the license in the Spark app.

  1. Sign in with the correct account on your device:
    • iOS — log in to your device with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
    • Android — log in to your device with the same Google Play Store ID used for the purchase.
  2. Open the Spark app and connect to your Spark amp.
  3. Once signed in with the correct account, the expansion should activate automatically.

  4. If it doesn't detect automatically, restore manually:

    • Go to the Music page.
    • Tap the Experience Jimi Hendrix™ banner.
    • In the window that opens, tap "Already Purchased?" to restore your purchase.
