I've purchased Experience Jimi Hendrix™ for Spark, how do I activate the license? – Help Center

Effective April 30, 2026, the Authentic Hendrix™ Collection (Experience Jimi Hendrix™ for Spark Amp & App) will be discontinued and no longer available for purchase.
Existing purchasers are not affected and can continue using all purchased content.

1. If you're on an Android device, make sure to login to your device with the same Google Play Store ID you made the purchase with. On an iOS device, make sure to login to your device with the same Apple ID you made the purchase with. 2. Open the Spark app and connect to your Spark amp. 3. As long as you've logged in with the Apple/Google ID you purchased the expansion pack with, you should be to activate the items in the expansion pack. 4. If it doesn’t detect automatically, go to the Music page and tap on the Experience Jimi Hendrix™ banner.
