As long as an audio interface - RIFF, for example - is detected by the computer, any audio software will work, as most audio software simply takes whatever audio device used by the computer as input and output. Essentially, there's no compatibility relation between the audio interface and audio software. It all depends on whether the computer is detecting the interface or not.
However, the seamless integration between RIFF and BIAS FX 2 makes it much easier and more enjoyable playing guitar than with other brand’s software.
