How do I reset the factory presets in the Spark app?

Resetting the Spark app will delete and reinstall it, restoring it to its default state.

This will permanently erase:
  • All locally saved presets and custom tone settings
  • App preferences and configurations
Back up your presets before resetting:
• Upload to ToneCloud
• Backup & Restore in the Spark app

Instructions

  1. Back up your presets using one of the methods above.
  2. Delete the Spark app from your device.
  3. Reinstall from the App Store or Google Play.
  4. Sign in and restore your presets from ToneCloud or your backup.
