I lost my redemption code. Can you resend it?
The redemption code for each Gift Card is unique and exclusively disclosed to the purchasing customer. If you've misplaced the email containing the code, contact us with your email for verification and we'll reissue the delivery email.
How do I check my Gift Card balance?
Click "View gift card" in your gift card delivery email. You'll be directed to a unique URL showing your remaining balance.
Can I buy a Gift Card for someone else?
Yes. Share the unique URL from your gift card delivery email with the recipient. They can use the provided code. Keep the delivery email for your reference.
Can I use coupons alongside Gift Cards?
Yes. Gift cards are treated as a payment method, not a promotion or coupon.
Can I use multiple Gift Cards on one order?
Yes. Use up the full balance of one Gift Card before applying the next. Enter each code and click "Apply" separately.
Can I pay partially with a Gift Card?
Yes, but only when the Gift Card balance is insufficient to cover the full order. Another payment method will be required for the remaining amount.
Can a Gift Card be shared between multiple people?
Technically yes, but we do not recommend sharing your Gift Card with multiple users.
Can I refund a Gift Card?
No. Gift Cards cannot be returned or canceled after purchase. Balances cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
How are refunds handled for orders paid with Gift Cards?
Refunds are first applied to the original Gift Card, up to the amount charged. Any remaining refund goes to the secondary payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
