How to Change My Email for My Account?

This process will transfer certain user data and account access to your new email address. Purchase records will remain associated with the original email used to place the order to ensure data integrity and security.

 

Instructions

1. Go to Positive Grid’s website and click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

 

2. Click “Sign Up Now” to create a new Positive Grid account using your new email address.

 

3. Submit a support ticket and provide both your old and new email addresses.

*To save you some time, please make sure you've created a new Positive Grid account using your new email before submitting a ticket.

 

4. Once we receive your request, we'll help you transfer your user data to the new account, but purchase history will remain linked to the original email for security purposes.

 

5. That's it! You can now log in using your new email.
