How to Change My Email for My Account?

This action will only transfer the software licenses to the new account. The purchase records will remain associated with the original email used to place the order, to ensure data integrity and security.

 

Instrutcions

1. Go to Positive Grid’s website and click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

 

2. Click “Sign Up Now” to create a new Positive Grid account using your new email address.

 

3. Submit a support ticket and provide both your old and new email addresses.

*To save you some time, please make sure you've created a new Positive Grid account using your new email before submitting a ticket.

 

4. Once we receive your request, we’ll transfer all your licenses to the new account.
Note: Purchase history will remain linked to the original email for security purposes.

 

5. That’s it! You can now log in using your new email.
